Dr. Deborah Day is an Adjunct Professor in the School of Education at Acadia University and a Certified Canadian Counsellor. Her research and teaching in the graduate programme in counselling have considered personal and career development. Deborah's
​research projects have explored resilience and self-authorship and she has been extensively involved in public-sector programme evaluation for institutional capacity development.
Dr. Kelly Dye is a Management Professor in the School of Business at Acadia University. Her research examines issues of gender and diversity in Canadian organizations and poverty alleviation through microfinance. More specifically, she studies gendered organizations, the under- and unemployment of new Canadians, and impacts of microfinance on the lives of
women in Canada and abroad.
Dr. M. Lynn Aylward is a Professor in the School of Education at Acadia University. Her teaching and research explore inclusion and equity. Her research projects and program development are focused on community and culture-based schooling, gender diversity, rurality and dis/ability.
